Switch Health made a name for itself with COVID testing, but as the world moved on, it needed to expand its offering. Keeping in line with at-home testing, they kicked off their expansion with a test for real sneaky bugger: HPV. It’s the most common STI (~75% of sexually active individuals will get it at least once) and often presents without symptoms. Worse yet, it’s the biggest risk factor for cervical cancer.

Enter the at-home HPV test, an easy swab that you can do solo without the stirrups, speculum, or medical exam paper sticking to your backside. But how could we attract consumers without making an enemy out of the government-funded Pap smear? We aligned the notion of HPV and early cancer detection with self-care and let consumers take their health into their own hands.
